After pickup at the terminal, your exploration of Cape Town and its impressive surroundings begins. From there, your journey through Cape Town and its impressive surroundings begins.
The famous Boulders Beach penguin beach is one of the most well-known destinations in Cape Town. Here, you can experience the colony of African penguins in their natural habitat. The curious penguins often roam freely among visitors, offering numerous photo opportunities. This encounter with these cute animals in the picturesque setting of the beach will surely be one of the most unforgettable moments of your trip.
Another highlight of this tour is the drive along Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the most spectacular coastal roads in the world. This road winds along sheer cliffs, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding coastal landscape. A photo stop is a must to capture the beauty of this unique route. Please note that Chapman’s Peak may occasionally be closed due to bad weather or rockfalls. Should this occur, an alternative route will be taken.
Of course, the Cape of Good Hope, the south westernmost point of Africa, is also a must. The Cape is known for its dramatic cliffs and rugged, untouched nature. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular views and perhaps even spot some of the native wildlife, including ostriches and antelopes.
Depending on traffic and weather conditions, Chapman’s Peak Drive will be driven either on the outward or return journey. If time permits, additional sights in Cape Town will be visited. However, the focus of this tour is on Penguin Beach and the Cape of Good Hope.
A lunch stop is planned, where you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a snack.

Individually planned tours
The following tours start and/or end at the vibrant V&A Waterfront. You can therefore visit the impressive Waterfront independently and combine it with your planned tour. It’s a safe 10-15 minute walk from the terminal. There’s plenty to discover at the Waterfront: local artists, numerous restaurants, live music, various souvenir markets, handcrafted goods from local designers at “The Watershed,” the Two Oceans Aquarium, the “Time Out Market” food court, and much more!
